Over the weekend of the 15th March the Band gathered in Durham to contest at the North of England Brass Band Championships. We played in the third section with our rendition of Andrew Baker’s Endurance. The band are thrilled that the two adjudicators awarded us 2nd place, which means we also get an invite to compete in the National Brass Band Championships of Great Britain to be held in Cheltenham in September.
